LampGustaf actively work with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), for example by using codes of conduct. LampGustaf is a part of Markslöjd Lighting Group (MLG) who is a member of the organisation BSCI where joint codes of conduct are used towards the members’ suppliers. By being a part of BSCI, MLG and LampGustaf takes responsibility that our suppliers comply with these codes.

Since 2007 LampGustaf is a part of Vätterleden Invest AB’s lighting group MLG.

The codes of conduct set, among others, requirements for the following areas:
Health and safety in the work place
Ban against child labour and forced labour
Environmental and safety aspects
Working hours
Compensation
The right to take an active interest in trade unions and the right to collective agreements
